About North End Boutique
First off, thank you for taking the time to visit!
Let me introduce myself! My name is Claire, I'm a wife and mother of two busy toddlers and have been a practicing dental hygienist for the last 10+ years!
I grew up in a small, close-knit community in southeast Nebraska and have been fortunate to return to a similar community to continue raising our family.
I'd like to explain where our name came from..
My dad grew up in a suburb of Boston and my entire paternal side of the family has remained in the Northeast. We would visit every other year to see my grandparents, uncles and cousins. A stop when we went into Boston was often North End.
North End is a "Little Italy" division of Boston that has delicious, iconic restaurants and bakeries. I have always loved walking past the restaurants and hearing the patrons yell over each other in casual conversation. To those unfamiliar with this tone of chatter it sounds like pure chaos, but to the Irish-Italians, it sounds like home!
In the logo I chose to use green because it pays tribute to the Italian and Irish flags. This particular shade of green is my Ma's favorite color. The magnolia is a very popular flower that blooms in the spring along the streets of Boston, similar to that of the cherry blossoms in D.C. The white magnolia symbolizes luck and stability - I'm born on St. Patrick's Day and have always been the lucky one in the family. My hope is that North End Boutique will become a stable outlet for you to visit for all of your clothing needs!
My mission is to help women feel comfortable and confident in their clothing, regardless of the occasion! Date night, book club or sitting in the stands supporting your favorite team, be sure to check out North End Boutique for your daily attire!
Thank you for your support, words can never express to you how much it means to me!
In love,
Claire
