Please allow 1-3 business days [excluding holidays] for order processing. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information for your order. We currently only ship within the United States. 

Local Pick-Up is available to you at our boutique warehouse.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary due to high demand, weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once packages are in the hands of the carrier. 

Incorrect Shipping Info - Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. 

Lost or Stolen Packages - Once an order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
